November 2009- Thessaloniki, Greece: Gaiocorp is pleased to announce the successful completion of the MAMS platform upgrade to version 3 in the City of Veroia. The upgrade which took place as part of the "Intelligent City of Veroia" project required the upgrade of MAMS Core and CIPREM module to version 3 bringing even more functionality and ease of use to both the City Council's staff and the public who were already using the system. The upgrade also included further parameterization and additional training to the City's employees.
The "Intelligent City of Veroia" is a project funded under the Greek Information Society umbrella through EU's 3rd Community Support Framework (CSF). The project is aimed at the development of basic infrastructures, applications and broadband services of added value in the sectors of social care, education, tourist growth and electronic democracy in the City of Veroia. Gaiocorp has worked as a subcontractor for IMC A.E. Gaiocorp
