Gaiocorp recognises that effective and timely support is key to customer satisfaction. No matter how easy and great we believe our software is, there will always be cases where users will require technical support from Gaiocorp. User support is provided through Gaiocorp's Support Services after signing our annual Support and Maintenance Agreement. The Support and Maintenance Agreement also entitles you to all upgrades, enhancements or bug fixes for any release through the year. Note that technical Support is provided free of charge for the first year. On-line support is available via our support portal (http://support.gaiocorp.com). As a customer, you will be given a username and password, granting you access to the support portal but also the Customer Area of Gaiocorp's website, which inludes additional support material including FAQs, technical documentations and online manuals. 

Additionally, Web meetings are also available for complex or urgent support issues where support work can be done directly on the customer's computer by Gaiocorp's support staff.
