Project Management 

Gaiocorp believes that successful and efficient project management is the main key to success. Gaiocorp works closely with you from the initial stages of the project, to review your business processes and ensure  the end product meets your organization requirements, within your time and budget constraints.

Following an accepted and proven process, Gaiocorp outlines the implementation plan focused on results, complete with the required project milestones including installation, data conversion and final deployment.

Consulting

Gaiocorp has extensive experience working with highway and public works agencies to document information system requirements.  We will work with you before the project starts to make sure that you get the most for your money.

Training

We provide on-site training for all our customers. All our instructors have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of our system, but also possess real-world experience being engineers themselves or having worked on similar projects in different sections of  Government or within the private sector.

Technical Support

Gaiocorp recognises that effective and timely support is key to customer satisfaction. No matter how easy and great we believe our software is, there will always be cases where users will require technical support from Gaiocorp. User support is provided through Gaiocorp's Support Services after signing our Support and Maintenance Agreement. Note that technical Support is provided free of charge for the first year.

On-line support is available via either dial up or Remote Assistance. As a customer, you will be given a username and password, granting you access to our Customer Area of Gaiocorp's website, which inludes additional support material including FAQs, technical documentations and online manuals.

Our annual Support and Maintenance Agreement also entitles you to all upgrades, enhancements or bug fixes for any release through the year.

Custom GIS Development Services

Our Development Team has an impressive track record developing custom GIS applications using both proprietary (ArcGIS, ArcView, Geomedia) and open source GIS Platforms (UMN MapServer). We also have a strong background  in database design, creation and customization, mainly with Oracle and SQLServer). Our software products and custom client applications are a testament to our programming skills and quality.
